He worked in a mining company for around 30 years and is well aware of the extraction methods from a mine. With his knowledge and skills, he has helped hundreds of people to get employed in the mining industry.

Steve is another excellent trainer who has worked in the civil construction industry for many years and now providing training and development to the candidates. He helps the trainees to develop the skills that are required to work in civil construction companies across the countries. Steve has a reputed name in the construction industry and has helped thousands of candidates to get employment.

Stacy is an excellent trainer who helps the candidates to know more about project management. She also trains the people to identify the miscommunication across individual and the voids in the training programs and procedures. It helps the individuals to work in an organised manner and become more productive for their respective company.

Alan is working with Boomerang training and development for the last many years. He is an experienced Mining Engineer with a total experience of more than 35 years. He trains the candidates to plan the mining operations that can help them in the safe, well-organised and environmentally safe extraction of ores, minerals, natural gas, petroleum, etc.

Mark is a highly knowledgeable and seasoned civil engineer who worked with a construction company for many years and also has a lot of experience as a trainer. He helps the candidates in designing, managing, developing, maintaining and creating construction projects. He also guides on how to conduct on-site investigations and analyse stats and data, as well as evaluating possible risks, materials and expenses.

Amelia is working with us for more than seven years, and she has done a spectacular job. She helps the trainees to know the culture in a mining company as well as the construction industry. The candidates learn who things work in these two different areas and how to achieve their career goals.

Philip Jones is the director of Boomerang training and development. He makes sure that the organisation is providing the best training to the candidates who want to enter the mining and civil construction industry. He is in the company for more than a decade.
